Who We Are

Lynn Johnson, Director - Body & Mind Detox 

Lynn originates from the UK and immigrated to Australia in 1996. She gained a PhD in particle physics before embarking on a journey that led her from a career in management consulting to becoming the CEO of a charity and setting up Juno Consulting in 2001.

Lynn has extensive experience in designing and implementing programs that help people learn more about themselves, make better choices and open their mind to new possibilities. Her focus over recent years has been to coach over 2,000 business leaders in gaining self-awareness, developing emotional intelligence and holistic life design.This extensive background in coaching has allowed her to develop the coaching tools and methodology for Insight & Balance.

In 2008 Lynn got to know Jacqui Broadhurst of Perfect Balance. After experiencing first-hand the effects of the BodyCleanse Detox system, Lynn decided to incorporate the detox process into Insight&Balance in 2009. Lynn underwent training and coaching directly with Jacqui and is being mentored by Jacqui on an ongoing basis.

Lynn enjoys all aspects of travelling, reading, spending time with her dogs and cats, and designing and tailoring her own business suits.

Peter Lanius, Director,  
Peter originates from Germany and immigrated to Australia in 1996. He holds a PhD in particle physics. Peter spent the first ten years of his career as a consultant and project manager in the IT&T industry. He held senior project management and line management positions in blue-chip companies including Hewlett-Packard, Telstra and Texas Instruments. Throughout this time Peter placed great emphasis on coaching his staff and creating successful teams.

In early 2002 Peter became a director of Juno Consulting. Peter has a keen interest in human development, psychology, coaching and advanced communication strategies. These interests have led him to attend a broad range of trainings and seminars and he put these learnings into practice in his coaching work. Peter has been coaching since 2002 and now focuses his efforts on the career coachong part of the business - Complete Career Management.

Peter enjoys travelling across the globe, long bushwalks in the Outback, riding his road bike, flying model helicopters and building robots.
